I found a delicous recipe for a breakfast or anytime healthy shake. Here is how it goes:
bunch of Cilantro
1/2 cucumber
3 wedges pink grapefruit
1/2 bag pineagpple or fresh
cinnamon 
vanilla extract to taste
Try it! You'll love the energy boost!

Heeeellllo! I will have to try this shake, only I might substitute frozen mango for the pineapple. It was really good to see you this weekend. Keep posting.
I hope you like the shake. I need a new recipe because I've been making this one too much. Mango sounds delicous too!
